Rich in vitamins and minerals, radish sprouts offer a delicious crunch with a distinctive spicy kick. Simply soak, rinse, and watch them flourish on your kitchen windowsill. No soil required—just water and patience for fresh, organic sprouts year-round.
How to Sprout SANGO Seeds:
1. Half fill a wide-necked glass jar with water and stir in 20g/2tbsp of seed ensuring that the seed does not float on the surface.
2. Leave the seed to soak in the water for 6-8 hours or overnight.
3. After soaking, fix some muslin over the mouth of the jar with an elastic band and drain the water off.
4. Rinse thoroughly with fresh water and drain well.
5. Water the seeds 2-3 times a day by filling the jar with fresh water and draining well.
6. The seeds do not need light to germinate but they like to be placed in a light position so that the leaves will green.
7. After 4 days you will have up to 120g of sprouts.
8. Rinse, eat and enjoy.
Seed Storage Instruction: Seed must be kept cool and dry in a sealed container.
