Hatton Hill Ltd currently delivers to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

1. Shipping Rates

- Orders under £20 are subject to a flat shipping fee of £3.99.

- Orders of £20 or more qualify for free standard delivery.

Shipping rates and promotions are subject to change without prior notice.

2. Processing and Delivery Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Standard delivery takes approximately 2–4 business days via DPD or Royal Mail.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

3. Delivery, Risk & Ownership

- For consumer (B2C) purchases, risk and ownership pass on delivery to you (or to a person nominated by you, other than the carrier).

- For wholesale (B2B) purchases, risk and ownership pass on dispatch from our facility, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us at hello@hattonhill.com and we will assist in line with our Return & Refund Policy.

4. Delays and External Factors

Hatton Hill Ltd is not responsible for delays caused by:

- courier service failures,

- incorrect or incomplete delivery information,

- adverse weather, strikes, or transport disruptions,

- customs delays or other events beyond our reasonable control.

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss caused by shipping delays, as permitted under UK law.

In the event of circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, or labour disputes), we reserve the right to extend delivery times, suspend dispatch, or cancel affected orders.
