Organic Sprouting Mix is a carefully selected blend of seeds designed to grow nutrient-dense sprouts at home. This mix combines multiple varieties to deliver diverse flavours and textures, from mild and crisp to slightly peppery notes. Rich in vitamins, minerals, and enzymes, homegrown sprouts offer maximum freshness and nutritional value. Simply soak, rinse, and watch them flourish in just days. Perfect for salads, sandwiches, and smoothie bowls. Certified organic, this sprouting mix brings farm-fresh vitality to your kitchen.
Instructions for Sprouting:
1. Half fill a wide-necked glass jar with water and stir in 80-100g of pulses ensuring that the pulses do not float on the surface.
2. Leave the seed to soak in the water for 8-12 hours or overnight.
3. After soaking drain the water off.
4. Rinse thoroughly with fresh water and drain well.
5. Water the pulses 2-3 times a day by filling the jar with fresh water and draining well.
6. Although pulses may grow a little faster if grown in a dark place it is not essential.
7. After 2 days you will have up to 230g of sprouts.
8. Rinse, eat and enjoy.
