How to Sprout Broccoli Seeds:

1. Half fill a wide-necked glass jar with water and stir in 10g/5g/ 1tbsp of seed ensuring that the seed does not float on the surface.

2. Leave the seed to soak in the water for 4-8 hours or overnight.

3. After soaking drain the water off.

4. Rinse thoroughly with fresh water and drain well.

5. Water the seeds 1-2 times a day by filling the jar with fresh water and draining well.

6. The seeds do not need light to germinate but they like to be placed in a light position so that the leaves will green.

7. After 5-7 days you will have up to 60g/30g of sprouts.

8. Rinse, eat and enjoy.
