PURE, PREMIUM PRODUCT: Hatton Hill's mountain tea – also known as ironwort tea or shepherd's tea – consists of the the flowers, leaves and stems of the Sideritis rasaeri plant, grown wild, harvested and dried in Albania.   

USES: Mountain tea, or shepherd's tea, gets its name thanks to the shepherds who would gather the Sideritis plant and brew it up while tending their flocks. It's a lovely, caffeine-free tea that boasts a sweet, floral flavour and notes of earthiness. It's a delightfully wild and unmediated taste experience that you'll quickly develop a taste for!
