Organic Four Mixed Peppercorns

Size :

Organic Four Peppercorn Mix by Hatton Hill Organic. A visually stunning, sophisticated-tasting medley of black, white, green and pink peppercorns organically grown, harvested and dried in more than one country. Packed in the UK.

Pepper is the most widely used spice on the planet, and Hatton Hill Organic has brought together four types to create a perfect mix of flavours and aromas. White, green and black peppercorns are the same fruit of a flowering vine, the difference between them being when and how they are harvested and processed. Black pepper comes from fruits that are picked when nearly ripe and then roasted or dried out in the sun. White pepper is the same berry with the hull removed before it is dried. Green peppercorns are berries picked before maturity. Red peppercorns are the berries of the Peruvian pepper tree, which grows throughout South and North America.

PURE, PREMIUM PRODUCT: Hatton Hill Organic’s mixed peppercorns are sourced from farmers in several countries and dried naturally, with nothing added, nothing taken away.

USES: After using Hatton Hill Organic’s mixed peppercorns, you’ll never go back to plain old black pepper again. Use them whole, cracked or ground in any dish in which you’d use black pepper to add flavour, colour and spice. The black peppercorns provide the heat, the white weigh in with a longer flavour, and the red and green contribute notes of sweet, earthy freshness.

PEP-UP PEPPER: It’s difficult to imagine cooking without pepper, so central has it become to so much of the food we prepare. Hatton Hill Organic’s mixed peppercorns bring fresh colour and flavour to a seasoning used on such an everyday basis that it’s almost taken for granted. Our mix is guaranteed to put an end to that!
