Please check our Delivery Terms and Conditions as developments in the Covid-19 outbreak continue to affect most businesses.

Orders for delivery to mainland UK addresses:

• Due to the coronavirus outbreak, we have had to make temporary changes to our stocking and delivery arrangements.
• Our next-day delivery option has been temporarily suspended.
• We have had to put in place certain measures to ensure that we are able to handle the increase in demand for deliveries that Covid-19 has caused, while also delivering orders to our customers in a timely manner.

We are working hard with our supply partners to ensure that there are no stock shortages and that we remain able to offer our entire product range without compromising on quality.

Orders costing more than £50 are shipped free of charge (excluding VAT). Our free deliveries normally take up to seven working days to dispatch.

Shipping on orders costing less than £50 is charged at the rates below:

    Scotland Standard Delivery 0-2 kg: £3.49 (Royal Mail)

    Scotland +2 kg Delivery with UK DHL:  2.01-23 kg: £16.99

    Scotland 23.01- 46 kg Delivery with UK DHL:  2.01-23 kg: £32.99 

    Northern Ireland  0-2 kg: £3.49 (Royal Mail)

    Northern Ireland 2.01-23 kg: £16.99 (DHL)

    Northern Ireland 23.01-46 kg: £32.99 (DHL)

    Jersey, Guernsey and Isle of Man: £13 each 5kg

    DHL UK delivery exceptions: 

    Some postcodes in the UK are excluded from normal delivery times. This means deliveries may take longer than 24 or 48 hours, or that delivery services may not be available at all.

    Late deliveries (UK):

    If your order is delivered late, you may be entitled to a refund of delivery costs. Royal Mail 48, Royal Mail tracked express, FedEx’s standard service and DHL’s standard service are not guaranteed services, and will be refunded only if time delays are unreasonable.

    Guaranteed next-day services (Royal Mail Special Delivery, DHL next-day service and any other special timed services) always include entitlement to a full refund, no questions asked. Please note that all orders for next-day services must be placed before 8:30am to ensure delivery. If late delivery means the goods are no longer required, a refund will be issued for the full order, provided that the order is not accepted upon delivery.

    Hatton Hill Organic cannot be held accountable for late deliveries if the courier is at fault. We will not offer compensation or be held accountable unless we have signed a contract guaranteeing delivery. If you require such a legally-binding contract, arrangements must be made at least two days in advance.

     Orders for international shipping by Hatton Hill 

    All hattonhill.com orders are shipped from our UK warehouses to your country by air freight. The estimated delivery window provided by Hatton Hill Organic reflects the time required for most standard deliveries. However, some orders may occasionally be subject to longer transit times due to air freight delays, customs procedures and other unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of Hatton Hill Organic.
