Delivery Terms and Conditions

Orders for delivery to mainland UK addresses:

We are working hard with our supply partners to ensure that there are no stock shortages and that we remain able to offer our entire product range without compromising on quality.

Orders costing more than £50 are shipped free of charge (excluding VAT). Our free deliveries normally take up to seven working days to dispatch.

Please be informed that. If you don't receive your package, the courier company may leave it in a safe place for you to pick up.

Shipping on orders costing less than £50 is charged at the rates below:

    DHL UK delivery exceptions: 

    Some postcodes in the UK are excluded from normal delivery times. This means deliveries may take longer than 24 or 48 hours, or that delivery services may not be available at all.

    Late deliveries (UK):

    If your order is delivered late, you may be entitled to a refund of delivery costs. Royal Mail 48, Royal Mail tracked express, FedEx’s standard service, and DHL’s standard service are not guaranteed services, and will be refunded only if time delays are unreasonable.

    Guaranteed next-day services (Royal Mail Special Delivery, DHL next-day service, and any other special timed services) always include entitlement to a full refund, no questions asked. Please note that all orders for next-day services must be placed before 8:30 am to ensure delivery. If late delivery means the goods are no longer required, a refund will be issued for the full order, provided that the order is not accepted upon delivery.

    Hatton Hill Organic cannot be held accountable for late deliveries if the courier is at fault. We will not offer compensation or be held accountable unless we have signed a contract guaranteeing delivery. If you require such a legally-binding contract, arrangements must be made at least two days in advance.

     Delivery Conditions

    For non-bulk items, we endeavor to dispatch goods on in 2 working days as the receipt of your order. During evenings or weekends, please allow 2-3 days for your order to be dispatched.

    For bulk items, we aim to dispatch goods within 3-5 working days. Please leave 3-5 working days for your order to arrive after dispatch. (For larger orders containing 8 items or more, please allow an additional 1-2 working days).

    Please bear the above in mind when selecting your delivery service at the checkout.

     To enable us to offer you the best price for delivery, the courier we use may vary depending on your order contents and delivery destination. Unfortunately, not all delivery options are available in all delivery locations outside of the UK.

    Tracking Your Delivery

    If you opt for a tracked delivery option in the checkout, you are able to track your order. Simply click on the link in your order dispatch confirmation email. To receive tracking updates by SMS, please ensure you have provided your mobile number at the checkout. Unfortunately, mobile SMS updates are not available with all courier services.

     Unsuccessful Deliveries

    Our delivery partners have procedures in place to handle any deliveries that cannot be made. If the parcel containing your order cannot be delivered a calling card will be left - please follow the instructions on this calling card to collect or reschedule delivery of your order. The time a courier will hold your parcel before returning it to us varies depending on the provider.

    If your parcel is returned to Hatton Hill we will hold it here for 7-14 days. We'll do our best to get in contact with you however if no contact is made after 7-14 days regarding the re-delivery of the order, all goods will be unpacked, returned to stock and your order will be refunded.

    Delivery Destinations

    We're doing our best to ensure we can deliver to as many places as possible, however, there are some countries that we are not yet able to get to.

    Damaged Delivery

    Opened or otherwise damaged boxes or tubes of bars cannot be returned. Please share proof photo with hello@hattonhill.com
